List an app's notification channels

Slack, webhook and PagerDuty destinations the app's alert rules can post to. Their URLs and keys are never returned.

List an app's alert incidents GET

Returns the times the app's rules fired in the last 30 days, newest first, one per rule and service.

Add a notification channel POST

Slack and webhook channels take `url`, PagerDuty takes `routingKey`. Needs the admin role.
