Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Cloady, a cloud application platform operated by NeptoLab("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Cloady on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Cloady lets you create workspaces, deploy applications from a catalog, a Git repository, or an upload, and run them on managed infrastructure in the regions you activate. Each workspace has a resource pool defined by its plan; your applications share it.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API tokens secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and tokens.
  • One free Hobby workspace is available per account, where eligible.

4. Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are billed as monthly subscriptions through Stripe, per workspace and region.
  • You can change a workspace's plan at any time; changes are prorated by Stripe.
  • To deactivate a region, delete its applications first; deactivation cancels that region's subscription.
  • If payment fails we'll retry and notify you. Continued non-payment leads to the affected region's applications being stopped; data volumes are preserved so you can resume after payment.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

You own the code, data, and content you deploy. You grant us the rights needed to host, build, run, back up, and serve it — that's all we use them for. You are responsible for your content: that you have the rights to deploy it, and that it complies with the law and these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Cloady to:

  • host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam infrastructure;
  • attack, scan, or disrupt networks or systems you don't have permission to test;
  • host content that is illegal in the region where it runs;
  • mine cryptocurrency or run workloads whose sole purpose is to exhaust shared resources;
  • resell the platform itself without our written agreement;
  • circumvent resource limits, billing, or workspace isolation.

Resource pools are shared infrastructure — sustained abuse that degrades service for others may be throttled or stopped.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability and publish live status at status.cloady.com, but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed service level. Maintenance, upstream provider incidents, and factors outside our control can cause interruptions. Keep independent backups of data you cannot afford to lose.

8. Suspension and termination

  • You can delete applications and deactivate regions at any time, and request account deletion through support.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, legal requirement, or serious risk to the platform or other users. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.
  • Deleting an application permanently removes its data volumes. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
