Get an app's status page GET

Returns the address of the app's public status page and what it shows: one component per compose service with its state, its uptime and 60 daily bars, and the incidents of the last 14 days. Availability is measured once a minute from replica readiness and, for the service the app's address routes to, the uptime check. Every app has the page, and anyone with the address can read it.

Roll an app back to a previous deploy's image POST

Needs a running, build-backed app whose target image is still in the registry. Restarts every service in the instance, database included.
