Upload project files to deploy
Send each file's path and content, or its path and the upload to take it from (fromUpload, as for a picture from generateImage). The response's uploadId goes into deployApp or inspectSource as source { type: "upload", uploadId }. A single .zip file is taken as the whole project. Up to 3000 files and 50 MB; an upload that no app uses within three hours is deleted.

Reads one service from the provider and returns what deployApp needs to recreate it: a `source` to pass to deployApp as it is, and the service's variables in `values`, secrets included. A service that runs an image comes back as an upload staged for it, deleted if no app uses it within three hours. The token is used for this call only and never stored, and nothing is deployed until deployApp is called.
Generate a picture for a site POST
Draws one picture from a prompt and keeps it as a one-file upload. Ship it with a site by putting { path, fromUpload: uploadId } in createUpload; an upload that no app uses within three hours is deleted. At most 40 an hour per account.
