List importable units from a provider, or import one

Credentials are used for this call only and never stored. Without projectId the response is a listing of importable units; with projectId it is an import result whose source can be passed straight to deployApp.

Upload project files to deploy POST

Send each file's path and content. The response's uploadId goes into deployApp or inspectSource as source { type: "upload", uploadId }. A single .zip file is taken as the whole project. Up to 3000 files and 50 MB; an upload that no app uses within an hour is deleted.
